Please not that refunds are only provided if we have 48 hours notice before the ride commences. This will be provided as a credit onto your account. For refunds to your card, there will be a charge incurred for this.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Harness Change at Bigland Hall is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
